Parker Revenue Growth Strategies develops and executes profitable growth plans, turnaround strategies and restructuring plans for lower middle market privately owned companies and private equity portfolio companies with revenues of $10.0M up to $100.0M. PRGS has turned around 16 companies, participated in the sale of another and placed one company into bankruptcy as a strategic option to protect its assets from creditors.

Utilizing the unique system of ‘Organizational Fitness’, Parker integrates a blend of product development, customer focus, revenue improvement, brand management, private equity and financial talents to provide the global and strategic perspective needed to develop turnaround and revenue growth plans for underperforming companies in today’s dynamic marketplace.

MILITARY SERVICE

William served our country as a decorated, non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, and was a Military Policeman, Communications Chief, and Platoon Leader. Parker was one of 20 Marines out of a class of two hundred recruits to earn a PFC stripe upon graduating from the Marine Corps Recruit Depot training facility located at Parris Island, South Carolina.
