Terry brings more than thirty years of engineering, construction, and real estate development experience to Beacon Marshall. Prior to joining Beacon Marshall in 2005 he managed construction and development for a national real estate developer and had his own construction company for three years. His responsibilities include pre-construction services management, project construction management and project controls. Terry graduated from Bowling Green with a BS degree in Construction Management.
His interests include sailboat cruising and racing, fiddling with old British cars, and spending time with his sons and wife. His musical interests are mostly 90’s alternative rock with his favorites being U2, Bob Marley, REM, and Dave Matthews.
